Columbus 12 Month Membership

By completing registration, you agree to a 12 month membership with 5 Star Columbus. You also agree to have your card on file charged for a total of 12 months even if your child no longer plays baseball for 5 Star Columbus. There are no refunds. There are no early terminations. (*Exception for military families that have to move due to their service.)
